Leslie E. Haas, MBA, With Real Estate Sales experience in San Francisco and on the Peninsula, she worked at Keller Williams in Palo Alto/Menlo Park, where she helped train Real Estate agents. Prior to joining Keller Williams, she was Realtor at Cashin, Menlo Park and Century 21 in San Francisco.

She partnered with Cambridge Property Management, in 2015, and became the owner in 2016. Before starting her real estate career, she worked in corporate sales for Non-Profit, and as a Project Manager for American Airlines. She believes doing business the right way is the only way and has developed a reputation for thoroughness, honesty and excellence.

Kathy formed Cambridge Property Management in 2005. “She learned from some of the best in the Bay area”, with 35 years of property management experience and after 25 years working as a property manager for 3 different companies managing single family homes and apartment communities as large as 300 units.

She designed the mission of our company to give very personal service and respect our client’s property as if it were our own, to maximize our client’s investment income, while providing a good working relationship with our renters. We still maintain a limited portfolio so that we can provide a very personalized stable service to our clients.

Bob has been an active Real Estate Broker on the San Francisco Peninsula for over 30 years. He has represented owners and investors and has managed for some of the largest real estate companies in both San Mateo and Santa Clara county. He is a recognized expert on Contracts and Negotiating and has been honored multiple times as Realtor and Broker of the year as well as for his community service.
